This is a max effort powerlifting work set of 377 pounds for 5 reps by 60 year old masters powerlifter Tom Jones, on an effort scale 0f 1 to 20 I would rate this a 19+. I was able to complete a 2nd set at this weight for 5 reps with a similar level of effort.
