Correct, the Sabbath was made FOR us, not us FOR the Sabbath. It's a GIFT. The same Gift God bestowed on himself, he also gave to us. REST. It's a good idea to rest the soil we plant in, the plants rest at night and so do the animals. God designed us, so it would make sense that he has our best interests in mind. The Sabbath was not meant to be a BURDEN to us; But a blessing. A blessing that we should obey, observe and ENJOY.

The Sabbath or God's rest (Heb. 4:9) is outside of time. God created all things in six days {with time frame}, but on the 7th day, God entered his rest and remained in it. If Adam remains obedient, God still remains in that rest and we would enjoy with God in his rest. God did start over and finished his works at the cross when Jesus cried out, "It is finished!". Then the Lord entered heaven and rested. We now enter his rest again. This is the Christians' rest--God's rest.

I think that the Philadelphia Church age existed in 1600s since 2,000 years divided evenly by 7 is 285 years is 1463 to 1748 approximately not some arbitrary standard HWA thought up He had 75 years for one age and 15 for the other. I think HWA was the king of fools during the Laodicean age.
