    If that is what you think of Richmond then you have not been here since 1960. There is more ethnic and cultural tolerance here than any northern city I have visited.

    Richmond has some very nice and respectable people. You can not blame us for our history. RVA may have been a confederate capital. But it is now home to a black mayor, a black RMA chairman, and many african American business owners. So do not generalize us we are good people we are just as nice as another city. And people who do not believe that have not visited RVA .
