DAVE ORTH - Kings River Conservation District

Dave Orth, General Manager of the Kings River Conservation District, describes integrated regional water management planning in his region. Integrated planning has allowed entities in the Kings Basin to craft collaborative solutions to their shared problem of groundwater overdraft.
