I cant believe that you got such a great reaction at Kohls. We exchanged a bunch of girl baby clothes for boy stuff after our son was born a few months ago and it was so easy. Today i went to exchange a 20.00 outfit and they offered me 2.10!!! lol So glad you got so much after 7 yeras

This is hilarious! I work for Kohl's, and this happens ALL the time! Maybe not 7 years old reciepts, but things can even be worn and washed and still be returned!

I worked at KOHLS and they are definitely all about customer service!!! They are pretty awesome....customers are ALWAYS right! That's how it should be (it most cases)
