This can't be propaganda because every person living in the Western Hemisphere (with at least 2 brain cells) knows Sarkozy walked out of a 60 minutes interview because of the imprudent questioning about his marriage.
We all know there was no mention of Moblogic in that interview so it is VERY obvious that this is a joke of sorts.
Grow a sense of humour, jeez.

The little boy needs everything spelled out for him because he can't recognise satire for himself?
This is a satirical clip for the launch of what, in fact, is an excellent news channel, hence the "news" bit.
And a pretty open satire it is.
Maybe if you take off your nationalistic lenses for a second and take a peek at the channel you may have have a different opinion.
They already lampooned Putin and Chavez, not to mention they lambasted Bush on several occasions.
