According to Officers John Baird, Ron Previte, Steven Brown, James Ryan, Thomas DeGovanni, Edward Spangler, and HUNDREDS of other cops convicted of crimes since the 1970's, every cop in the Philadelphia Police Department routinely robs, extorts, tortures, frames, lies, perjures, conspires, and/or otherwise feloniously victimizes the taxpaying citizens who pay his salary, or at least covers up for cops who do. However, most Philadelphia cops are never held accountable for their felonies.

Pigs are arrogant criminals who frame and gang up on innocent people, then proclaim themselves heroes. The only real concern of police officers is to massage their unwarranted god complexes. Most of these robbing, extorting, racketeering, framing, conspiring, assaulting, torturing, perjuring, inept losers would not qualify to lick toilets clean in the private sector, which has legitimate hiring and retention standards.

All police officers are brainwashed into dehumanizing civilians and viewing them as the enemy. As there is little if any accountability in any police department, even with videos which prove their felonies, there is no incentive for cops to follow any laws except their own. Power with no accountability breeds crime and arrogance. Police misconduct screams volumes about the contempt which cops have for the taxpayers who pay their salaries.

Amongst all professionals, cops have the highest rates of domestic violence, child abuse, alcoholism, chemical dependency, aggravated assault, suicide, and murder. The actual rates for cops in all of these categories are significantly higher than those which the federal government reports, as studies have proven that most police crimes and misconduct are covered up. Cops are mentally-disturbed people who should not be handed badges, guns, and the accompanying power on a silver platter.

As many videos graphically evidence, police officers deliberately provoke, enrage, and antagonize law-abiding civilians in order to have an excuse to arrest, assault, and otherwise dominate them and employ torture toys (such as tasers and batons) against them. Judging by cops' aforementioned behavior and their ridiculously exaggerated physiques, cops seem to be more concerned about flexing their metaphorical, imagined, and literal muscles of power than about upholding any law.

@BigMikeTheTerror Bernard Baruch; "The greatest blessing of our democracy is freedom. But in the last analysis, our only freedom is the freedom to discipline ourselves." "Whatever failures I have known, whatever errors I have committed, whatever follies I have witnessed have been the consequence of ACTION WITHOUT THOUGHT" Bernard Baruch was one of the greatest thinkers and advocate of democracy in the 20th century and advisor to Presidents and foreign leaders throughout. 1870-1965

Let me share with you some quotes from Bernard Baruch; "Every man has a right to his opinion, but no man has a right to be wrong in his facts"; "If you get all the facts, your judgment can be right, if you don't get all the facts, it can't be right." "The ability to express an idea is well nigh as important as the idea itself" "You can overcome anything if you don't bellyache." "If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail"

@BigMikeTheTerror Wow! What just happened?! I thought this was some intelligent debate between two West Chester residents on case law relating to your protest. Why did it devolve into obstinate belligerence? I had no intention to show you up, but rather to help you out. Your activist attitude is to be commended, however your ignorance of the law has undermined your intended results. "Action without knowledge causes bondage of ignorance in life" Sri Sri Babathakur
Since no further comments have been made on the Constitutionality of the rights of municipalities to enact ordinances against sound amplification devices, I assume we can consider Case Closed. The West Chester police officer was completely in bounds of the laws of the United States, Pennsylvania and West Chester. The cop simply was doing his job in enforcing the laws of West Chester. If I can interject my personal feelings, he did so in a remarkably restrained and professional manner.

@troubling641 look dude, you can get off on the fact that you think you showed me up on here, thats fine. the fact of the matter is i see nothing good out of posting all of my legal recourse on a public forum. anybody familiar with the law should understand the reasoning behind that. although i will say you seem to have a keen hard on for the police....

just wanted to share with everybody this supreme court case i found saying that citing us for "sound amplification device without a permit" is illegal and a violation of my first amendment rights.

Paused to say great job reading the PA statutes. That's where your remedy is. Cops authority withers away when you show them up for not knowing what the hell they're talking about. A good line is "Well officer, if you don't like it now, just think about when I get you on the stand in court and you can't break any rules by intimidation, etc, and have to ANSWER my questions."
