  • @Il0veToFU stiff legged deadlifts and good mornings are nearly the same exercise, and to isolate the spinal erectors you would lay on your stomach and do reverse crunches. good mornings hit every muscle a SL deadlift does besides traps and forearms because your not holding the weight
