@hiro3end thanks, i really believe that anyone can achieve their fitness goals in 5 to 6 months. it just comes down to consistency. if you really like to have that goal, you have to train hard consistently, eat health consistently and write down everything consistently. by writing everything down, you can make small changes in training or in diet then these small changes will make small results that all adds up to big changes and big results!

@musclesexpert thanks!!!! for this transformation, nutrition was very important. i make small changes every week in my diet depending on my weekly results. towards the end of this transformation, i'm only eating carbs before the workout, after the workout and one more meal after. other than weight training, cardio played an important role as well.

What was your workout routine? what exercises on which days and which days did u rest?

@maskenmann i workout at monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.
wednesday i always take a full rest. i run at night during mondays, tuesdays and fridays. saturdays i run during the morning. my workouts consists of supersets and trisets. with little rest. sometimes at sundays i take a jog at the morning on an empty stomach.
