In the UK there are laws against this type of behaviour for example teachers are not allowed to put their arms around children at school when they are crying. The USA is becoming a fascist state which infringes on human rights and violates rights to privacy all in the name of terrorism.

The TSA should be terminated. The security at airports had the same results before the TSA was invented. Remember the underware bomber was let through customs at a European airport with help from a VIP who seems to have dissapeared. Does that mean that all flights from Europe should be banned? No. It means American kids, elderly, veterans and everyone else in the US is a suspected terrorist. The Bill of Rights is history.

It appears the TSA guy was a certain ethniticty and he simply felt the girl desrved anything in compensation for injuries his ancestors received 150 years ago.

There has to be a better way. CHILDREN ARE NOT MINIATURE adults and the girl was 3 - she probably is most comfortable with her parents. To her, a stranger came up and started touching her. She does not understand WHY it happened. A better way must be considered for kids to make it more comfortable for them.

So disgusting! The little girl was scared and screaming for them not to touch her. In my opinion, they should have stopped at once when she was upset. It's disgusting they treated the little girl so badly and did not respect her cries. This is why sexual abuse goes ignored. We teach our kids its okay for adults to do whatever they want to them. Children must grow up knowing it's OK to say no to an adult.
