The only logical reason as to why they would put it out way out here is maybe they thought that Hesperia would keep growing forever and BOOM the housing bust hits Hesperia, and hits it hard! Or they are preparing for growth when they finally (and if they do...its been on the books forever....) extend Ranchero Rd. out, well have to wait and see. Great Videos!!
