While the neighborhood surrounding the W is light on nightlife, inside the New York hotel, there are two popular options. The elegant Whiskey Blue, a lounge helmed by hospitality impresario Rande Gerber, entices guests with a luxuriously classic interior designed by David Rockwell. W Café, located in the lobby, opens at noon for coffee and light fare and features the Oasis Bar, a popular after-work spot that stays open until 2 a.m. The adjacent Living Room features a cozy lounge area with couches and a fireplace.
