Educating medicine to pharmaceutical sales representative has been a major challenge to a pharmaceutical industry. eLearning has only improved the process of training. It probably has reduced cost of training and improved the consistency of training.

The real challenge still remains the same: Can PSR apply the medicine knowledge effectively in front of the doctor? Pharma industry needs to come out of traditional and digital version of traditional training. There is a need for engagement driven training. This involves, edutainment, gaming and blogging through PSR group leaders.
