T. Boone Pickens, portrayed by CrackrocKid. T. Boone finally explains his plan to save the earth, and solidify his reputation as a man of action, which will echo throughout history, or at least during commercial breaks.
TBoone is right about methane as being a far better combustion fuel for our domestic transportation and electric production needs than coal or oil. Of course the latter two will still be in heavy demand for decades but battery tech is a long way from being viable for transport. Im all about the methane revolution. We've got it in Marcellus and Barnett shale and in Alaska. We're way done with most of our oil reserves (though we need to drill and use what we still have now). Coal is for smelting.
Boom!!That is whats up... TBoone is the what. That for real deal. I aint sayin, Im just sayin that I makes mine. I gets mine. I takes mine. I is mine.
I've seen the T. Boone commercials. All I know is that he's provided a more specific plan than any of the candidates. At this point, I'm not even sure if I care what the plan is...just so we have a plan.
The next Pres ought to have a bi-partisan commission to look at alternative energy with ALL options on the table.
BTW, T. Boone does remind me a lot of Ross Perot; sounds logical (and folksy), but when you look under the hood there's less there than meets the eye.
Yeah T boon dosen't exacly present any specifics to his "plan" except i am pretty sure he has alot of money in natural gas stocks because he wants us to switch our cars over to natural gas today. So i guess we need to get new cars or better yet have the auto industry spend billions of dollars to switch over to natural gas. Where does T boon expect the money to come from?
