Lol, I work as a waiter at TGI Fridays, and trust me, the number of customers that come in and talk to us about our bartenders' flairing definitely outweighs a few lost shots of bacardi.

@melmb01 Your clearly know nothing about bars or bar work and this is a TGI Fridays its a company if you didn't know who love to have flair barman as they bring in people. Just think about this also, you say you wouldn't want all them people in your bar? why because there taking space? there also going to be talking about your bar after this and the wonders of the Barman. Which means new people will come in and buy a drink just to see how it all works. My owner loves me doing basic flair.

Still, if that was my bar I wouldn't waste all that space just to see some guy flip a few bottles, I look at it as how much revenue Im loosing for having all those people take up all the bar space.. and how much tips the real bartender is loosing for that night. Take him to the service bar and have him make some real drinks for the people who come and spend reall money at this place...Judges don't spend money!!!

@melmb01 He is technically not on the clock, his job at the bar comp is to flair. That't it, the other guy is the bartender on duty and as you can see he is not flaring. The drinks are for the judges not regular customers. Don't write shit without knowing, makes you sound very stupid.

While the guys flips bottles and eats shit for an aplause, the other guy is doing all the work.. I would fire this guy in a heart beat.. I wonder what his sales are? Through this whole video he makes like 2 drinks..
