This is a video of the massed bands at the Ohio Scottish Games 6-28-2008. Unfortunately, the sound quality isn't the best, so you lose the powerfulness of all those pipers and drummers. But, this video is still very exciting because if you look on the stage - the wee man in the red kilt next to the man in the orange shirt is Ewan McGregor's dad :)

  • @jamierourketen No the Scots did not come from Ireland at all, that is Papist Irish Romanist propaganda perpetrated by indoctrinated Plastic Paddie Yanks.

'Irish' is a 16th century Papist name imposed by Pope Leo X on the Hiberni/Irish.

Before the 16th century, no one from Ireland had ever heard of the 'Irish' name.

'Scot' is an ancient word derived from 'Scythia'.

The Scots are by far and large Caledonian Pictish.

  • Bunch of Yank Plastic pretend Scots.

  • @ScotiExile It's Tuesday and I'm drunk

  • @Calengela Now shut the fuck up and accept fact.

  • @Calengela Ireland's most renown & respected High King: Brian Boru. Referred to as "Imperator Scottorum" Emperor of the Irish.

  • @Calengela "Now the Scots of Ireland (who were not known as Irish til much later) and the Scots of Dalriada were the same people."

"He was proclaimed king, or "Ard-righ Albainn" , High King of Both Nations on Moot Hill at Scone, a Pictish sacred place. He later brought the 'Lia Fail' (Stone of Scone) here from Ireland to further enhance its status." - On contemporary Scotlands founder, Kenneth MacAlpin... you know MACalpin, gaelic(from old Irish) like shane MACgowan of the pogues.
