2008/05/18、来日中の父、父の友人と三人で伊豆の温泉旅行。
JR修善寺からバスで20分の湯本館です。
『伊豆、天城湯ケ島温泉の旅館湯本館は、文豪、川端康成が「伊豆の踊子」を執筆した宿として有名で、
狩野川の川端の露天風呂は日本秘湯を守る会の推薦を受けています。』

Outdoor hotsprings bath at the Yumotokan Inn in Izu, Shizuoka prefecture
On May 18th, 2008, visited a hotsprings inn in Izu with my father (visiting from the US), his friend, and myself.
The Yumotokan inn is a 20 minute bus ride from JR Shuzenji station.
Besides their marvelous hotsprings bath, they are most famous for being the location where the famour writer,
Yasunari Kawabata, wrote his masterpiece "Izu no odoriko (the dancer from Izu)".
