(October 27, 2004) The NYC Subway Centennial was celebrated with an afternoon ride on the historic Lo-Voltage (aka Lo-V) train receiving passengers at Times Square and running via 7th Avenue Express to 96th Street (where masses of confused folks are stranded on the platform!!) before continuiing on the Broadway Local's center track up to 137th Street. Transit Dignitaries and Railfans alike boarded this train for a one-of-a-kind ride up Broadway on Centennial Day.

  • I love at the beginning how the kid asks, "Why are the old trains better than the new trains?".
