** Master Woo has earned teaching degree in Taekwondo (as a Major) from Yong-In University in Korea. Master Woo is 6th degree certified international master instructor from World Taekwondo Federation and has been teaching Taekwondo for 19years in the state. In addition, he has earned multiple teaching degrees including physical education teacher's license from the Ministry of Education in Korea and yoga teacher's license from Yong-In University. He has been involved in Taekwondo for more than 30 consecutive years.

The jumping reverse hook kick is the trade mark move of taekwondo, and it is the most beautiful in its kicking technique. Due to the difficulty of this technique, a high degree of strength, flexibility, coordination and balance are required and expected for this particular kick. Initial training should ,begin by practicing the turning motions, but keeping the leg low and only partly extended. After becoming accustomed to the turning motion the sweeping motion of the knee should be practiced gradually, adding speed power and height.
