Marketing Tips For Authors creator, Tony Eldridge, shares this video tip on how to add a favicon to your website. A "favicon" is that 16 X 16 pixel image that you see in the address bar of a browser next to the URL. This is a simple branding technique that is relatively easy to do yourself. You can find yourself spending $50 to $150 dollars to have someone else do this for you, but before you do, why not try this simple, free technique. Tony will walk through the steps of creating a favicon out of his book cover and then walk you through the process of adding it to your site. Be sure to visit Tony's You Tube profile for a link to his free Marketing Tips for Authors blog where you can also sign up for his free video tips newsletter and receive updates when new video tips are released.
