Turbo will take longer to spin up. THAT is turbo lag, the amount of time it takes the turbo to spin up to a speed at which is can provide boost. With bigger turbos, you need to uprate [lighten] the internals and replace bearing to allow it to spin up. Although, having lag low down give more BHP at high end speeds. It's called trailing off boost. A smaller turbo [like a T2 on a fiesta RST] spins up and has very little lag. And, by the way, many differnt cars go for topspeed records

Right, as far as driving on a road, you right, you'd want boost to come in sooner, if its a track car it depends. If your going for a top speed record then you WOULD want lag, as it gives you better power in terms of BHP instead of torque. High end power. of course i know what im on about i and my dad have had many high performance cars and he remaps them. im not saying it isnt 360bhp you fool all im saying is the boost on this comes in very late and in the real world very impractical, whats the point of having all that power at the top of the rev range read and understand before you give it the keyboard warrior
