@pyrrho314 Which I don't believe in an "outer" world either. I do however believe that I am localized. (if that makes any sense)

I wish i stayed for it. It makes sense that life has a consciousness but in stages perhaps. I'm kinda Gaia about it tho. I think we're all a part of ONE organism.

Well you are getting there. You really need to drop this consciousness crap. The whole thing makes a lot more sense without it. I mean the whole concept of consciousness period is outdated, and comes more from intuition rather than investigation. Again you talk about "inner" experience. Inner in relation to what exactly? Where do you start? The part about behavior and time scale was good. Part of the reason I don't like the behavior argument is bcs time isn't seen as being dynamic.

@huntteacher101 : fuck "inner"... it's the ONLY experience. That's what I am talking about, your ONLY experiences... the "outer" is the thing in question. You start as yourself, something experiencing, either passively or actively, either way it is experienced. This idea of outer is the one that gets defined in TERMS of "everything", and "everything" is thought of as a small part of this hypothetical "outer".
If you believe in the outer world you've already made all those assumptions.

That's interesting, someone accusing you of anthropomorphism, could just as easily be accused of anthropocentrism.

@nspeert : which is generally the counter-accusation i make.
