If they are kids as you say then it's the parents who should supply the land! You are also advocating that they ride fast simply to avoid the law. What a strange example to be teaching kids! Respect for others and the community's laws is essential in society. Of course there is a difference between legal and safe, they are two different words with different meanings. They are explaining two parts of an issue. I support finding them somewhere to ride, but they shouldn't do this in the meantime.

There is a difference between legal and safe. Our government is stupid. If they ride slow they can get caught. There is almost nowhere a dirt bike can legally ride unless you have your own land which at these kids age is impossible. Let them ride in the state forests if you want them off paths.
