Those are indirect side effects of meth. Meth leads people to not drink water, brush their teeth or go to the dentist, leading to "meth mouth." The sores arise from the picking at tactile hallucinations of bugs under one's skin due to the psychotic symptoms connoted with heavy amphetamine consumption.

I'm surprised that these people don't have sores all over their bodies, or meth mouth. I wonder why it works 'better' for them.

I'm not sure that the Japanese created meth, I have heard the Nazi's created it.

@almostskater3210 have yet to try fentanyl. Heroin in the UK is piss poor. Oxycodone , bupe , methadone and diconal are all cosy tho. Not got any acess to fent or anything.
