i love that Judy can go from making me laugh to making me want to cry then back to laughing again without any effort...she was such a brilliant performer

JUDY had a rare talent that could take another person's song and mak eit her own without feeling as though she is copying the singer who's song it is... But no one can ever do a Judy song without making the audience thinking its a pale imitation of Judy's version, especially Over the Rainbow..

There were two nights of this concert Maybe Capitol had her redo the song for the Album or taped the songs on the second night. This is another piece of show biz history with 2 huge Icons. Back then Liza wasn't a huge star but today she still sells out in Concerts. No matter if Liza was at the top of her game in her career None of Judy's diaughters could ever top their Mother. Judy was the Original & he voice was Unique. lorna was on Carsonand she over did the jazz hands when she was singing

Yet another example that she didn't have to be in the best voice to be magical and thoroughly entertaining. I agree with BHW722 that this version is superior to Streisand's.
