She says something dumb already from the beginning. She plays with the semantics of "inner silence". This particular EXPRESSION is used to mean the silence not of the mouth, but the inner silence - the back chat of the mind. That's what the expression is used for. Yet, she ignores that and plays irrelevantly with concepts inner=/= outer, hence separation. Already wrong from the start. Dumb. It's not that dumb cannot be helpful, it's just not as good as it gets.
