BBC Jane Eyre 2006' Main & Return Theme

Since, at least as far as I know, the soundtrack of "BBC Jane Eyre 2006" by Robert Lane has not (yet) been released I thought I should share with you the main theme of these great TV miniseries and a theme that I like the most, which plays while Jane Eyre, sitting by the river, decides to return and seek for Mr. Rochester after having heard his voice. The photos are almost randomly projected and some of them repeatedly, mostly because I'm not acquainted with windows movie maker or any other similar movie maker. After all it is the music that matters.
I recommend this version of Jane Eyre highly!! A great novel filmed most greatly!

In May 2009 I made contact about this with "COOL Music Ltd" whose client is Rob Lane and they answered me as followed:

"The BBC own the copyrights to Jane Eyre, so it would be their decision as to whether they release a soundtrack in future for this series. All that I can suggest is that you contact the production company concerned, in this case the BBC, in the hope that they decide to make the soundtrack available as a commercial release."

I haven't contacted BBC yet though...

I love it too! In fact I don't dare to watch another version of Jane Eyre in case it might spoil the perfect impression of this one. Thank' s for the rating too. As a video it's poor (my first one!) but the music of Robert Lane is definitely worth it! Your videos by contrast are wonderful! Don't know which one to favorite! ;)

For me the best version of Jane Eyre up till know . A convincing relation between Tony Stephens (Rochester) and Ruth Wilson ( Jane) . Just as it should be. Completely believable. Lovely music. Thank you Kyrillos1981

The moment I saw the film of Jane Eyre I fell in love with it and the theme song is just amazing. This is the way love should off course without the wicked and cruel wife.

By far the best film made of "Jane Eyre" so far. Very faithful to the novel as written - awesome script. Excellent music. Best Jane, best Rochester, best St. John & sisters, etc. Gorgeously done.

1:34-2:36 are the best!!! Especially the break of the climax at 1:50 after Rochester crys out "Jane!! Jane!! Jane!"
