Join Snatam Kaur and Sopurkh Singh for a transformational meditation to release fear and become a conscious leader as part of a Spirit Voyage 40 Day Global Sadhana. This Kundalini yoga meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is done for 31 minutes, but you may do this meditation for 11 minutes if you choose. This uses the mantra "Adays Tisay Adays" from Snatam Kaur's CD Release and Overcome, available on http://www.spiritvoyage.com.

  • I feel some of the results already. I have a much stronger punch, so it works strongly on the physical aspect. I also feel nauseated at about 8-9 miuntes in and actually start gagging. I wonder if this doesn't literally work on a part of the body linked with fear as many who feel fear may have symptoms in their stomach. Love and light to all. Thank you for this sadhana.

  • this was so hard at first, I was just waiting for it to be over. But it gets easier each day. I am feeling so strong. I could do 62 minutes if I wanted. Can't wait to see the results at the end. Keep up everyone, you can do it! Sat Nam!

  • I am still resting my arms on my knees inbetween each chorus.I can feel my shoulders and arms becoming stronger each day. I sit in a chair with my feet on the ground, my root chakra pulling down towards the earth and my torso rising up as though I am leading from the heart. I feel light and solid at the same time. Eventually I expect to be able to no longer need to rest my arms but for me that is not important. More I want to be just be with 10000.00 like minded sweet souls.

  • I have played this over and over about 10x-if they (Snatam Kaur and Sopurkh Singh) get the blessings of all these repeated playings of this meditation, (almost 17,000 views), they are really really blessed. :)

  • en als het je niet lukt, je armen op en neer te bewegen , kun je het ook visualiseren: dat werkt ook, leren we bij Dru Yoga.

    Belangrijk is ook om na de oefening evenzolang, als het kan, stil te blijven zitten en het effect ervan navoelen....succes!
