Amazing job, but I would caution people to check that the mastic does not contain asbestos. More a problem on older houses, but even on a new one a contractor may have used old asbestos-containing mastic. Peel back a little bit of the floor and send it for testing or use a testing service.

OH MY GOD! I just pulled pretty much the exact tile in the house I just bought and am stuck with the same tar like mastic on the cement slab! I want to epoxy the floor and need to remove all this evil black mastic! Problem is I have double the area you have! Any suggestions? Great job by the way! Looks amazing with new tile!
