MH3 (tri) Texture Mod: Azure Rathalos v2

PLEASE READ:

Because there was a huge complaint about the lack of monsters/subspecies in MH3, I had decided to dabble in what has been available for several years called "Texture Hacking". And this is long after I completed the Japanese game, BTW.

Character data was not modified in any way. Only a single "image file" was replaced. The purpose of these videos are to show what subspecies COULD have looked like because of a large demand & request to see them.

Obviously, you shouldn't hack your game data. However, since I bought the game, I personally believe I have a right to do what I want with it as long as it isn't for profit gain and does not harm anyone else's property.

All rights are held by Capcom, obviously. If they want me to take it down, I will. But they have not contacted me so far.

Pretty good job there. Hard to believe that the coloring of your version of Azure Rathalos comes really damn close to the official coloring in the new Monster Hunter 3G game that's coming out December in Japan. I mean, we're talking a full two year's difference from your version to the official, and it almost matches it. How cool is that? Check around the 1:27-1:30 mark on some of the official trailer videos to see what I mean.
