Hi Wizard of Oz fans! If you love the Wizard of Oz, you will love the bedroom I created for grandchildren. Also, check out my Wizard of Oz Harley Davidson. It has 17 scenes throughout the bike. Quite amazing. katozgirl

Thats amazing! do you have his email? I would like to talk to him about the costumes and slippers.
Im directing oz within the next year, and i need my costumes to look jaw dropping, and i wanted glindas and the wicked witches costumes to kinda resemble wicked's costumes. just slightly

Yes and yes. They are from the real New York production of WICKED and he made them. He works in their costume/prop department.

So did that guy make the wicked costumes, silver, and ruby slippers? or were those all real from the shows and stuff?

Hey Zach....this video is amazing I love it. cool work with this!!
Do a lot of people show up for the festival? My great uncle was one of the munchkins that popped out of the manhole. Him and my grandfather could have been twins, had my grandfather been about 3 feet shorter!

Yes, we get quite a few people. In peak years, our attendance is around 65,000.

No, Bobbie Koshay was Judy's DOUBLE. The double (Koshay) was used for scenes such as Dorothy opening the door to Oz (she was the sepia Dorothy) and she was used for far away shots or non-distinquishing shots such as close-ups on the slippers. The stand in (Marsh-Doll) was used to help prepare for shoots. The stand ins were brought in wearing costume and makeup. The crew would then adjust lights, mics, cameras, etc. around the stand ins. When they were ready to shoots, the stars came in.
