  • It's not just that Dr. J palms the ball during a fully extended scoop without the ball flying off into the stands; it's also that he palms it immediately after a dribble without using the other hand to jam it in for a better grip. Just awesome

  • Years later, Magic Johnson admitted that he didn't know whether to pass the ball in bounds or ask Dr. J to do it again. That move is still unreal!
