@angelic26 You are right. The writers really did keep R&R apart for such a long time. In season 8 they started to grow closer with Rachel pregnant and all. I think that the writers should have written season 9 a bit differently, like Ross and Rachel would work on their realtionship and decide to be together. I think that it sucks that in the series finale we only saw Ross and Rachel together for like 5 minutes

LOVE this video! I know it's been 6 years since the show ended, but I still can't over the fact that the writers kept R&R apart for a very LONG time. Like, what's up with that? they could have written Season 9 differently -- it could have been the season where they decide to be together and give their relationship another chance. They did grow closer during her pregnancy and she was living w/ him for Pete's sake. it just sucks we never go to see them together longer than 5mins in the last ep.
