actually Ur wrong the plants haven't been stunted how can u tell from watching this there actually seems to be doing amazing since its second week of veg and he is using cfl's so he don't need air circ cause his light don't produce heat.....maybe a fan to strengthen the the plant...which u can introduce the fan at beginning of flower...
