This kid is amazing every time we are watching Joe DeFeranco or Zach Even-Esh training videos this lil guy will take out his plastic toy hammer and start hitting things.

Kids do the funniest things. Too bad all kids don't work out like this guy. We can all learn something from kids...like how to squat for instance.

Every Coach should have these basic tools in their library

1) Joe Defrancos Combine Video
2) Zach Even-Esh underground strength kit
3) Christian Thibadeau's Black Book of Training Secrets
4) Sports Speed 3rd edition
5) Underground Secrets to faster Running by Barry Ross
6)The Weightlifting Encyclopedia by Dreshcler
7) Complete Speed Training and Complete Olympic Lifting by Athletes Acceleration
8) Kettlebell Training for Sports by Kettlebell Athletics

The list does go on...read something good today and apply it! Make your athletes better by making yourself better.

  • I love the video but you have to carefull with young people lifting heavy weight even if they can it can stunt their growth. Their bone end plates can get damaged in there growth phase. I had to hide my db's and kb's because my 2 year old kept lifting them. Impressive but not good. Cute Kid.

  • my boy is 1 year 13 months actuall---deadlifts 10lbs---sometimes his sister's 18 lber---does his form of a clean with a little 5 lber i found at sports authorty---spends his time knocking down my KB's-the poods and 1.5 poods--lol---and trying to set them back straight--gets mad if he can't---too funny

  • Awesome - is he about two there? He can't weigh much more than 25lbs tops!
