How can someone respect the law when we know out right they are crooks. 1 out of 1000 people may catch them in the act and persevere, but for the other 999 people they are screwed. It's clearly a corrupt system that prays on ignorance. Take the word "Contempt" for example. If you disagree with your case knowing full well something is wrong and express that emotion, you can be held in contempt. That to me is a tool for control that could very well destroy your life.

@DonCarlo4Broadway .......... Well, you have to know when they can and cant hold you in contempt. If you dont know, then you will fall for their trap. If you do know, then you wont. If they hold you in contempt regardless, you will learn how to deal with it when it happens.

@JC4crs now has ordered 25 days Jail 4 contempt and arrest warrant. However, all this started bc present judge is protecting First judge on ths case. This mess is going almost 3 years. I have very busy fighting the cases themselves (DIVORCE & DV-exWife made False accus. dom Violence 2 rip me off & dispossess me of everything incl. my Children) BTW 2 lawyers committed VEXATIOUS Litig. & BARRATRY all along. NOW I need to Concentrate on Making'em accountable. PLS post sample FED complnt.

I am dealing with major corruption in Las Vegas NV. and the entire Entire

Family-Destruction court. Now they they are coming after me first charging me with comtempt. initiated by an OSC. The OSC had an "affidavit" NOT notarized and NOT even signed by the accuser. that makes the OSC Void since it is not supported by an affidavit under oath. W/o Sign. U can not even confirm the accuser. Judge Yet FWD w OSC found Guilty even After presenting Evidence, good AFFI, (Cont'd)

@DonCarlo4Broadway Statutory laws of your state codify court's procedure and consequence. What a particular court may find one in contempt for, varies from state to state.There are no immediate consequences provisioned against a judge who threatens or holds one in contempt, even without grounds. Most judges will NOT risk the threat of contempt, if they know those who they threaten know the laws and statutory procedure; as they could loose their court. BTW I love Don Carlo - Verdi.
