In the video you will learn how to Deadlift with Chains.
By Deadlifting with chains you will improve both your starting strength AND lockout power.
The Chains accomodate resistance, making the weight heavier at lockout than it is when the bar is on the floor at the start of your pull.
When Deadlifting with chains, you do not need a loading chain. Instead, you can just drape the chains over the bar (as you will see in this video).
Chains are a great tool for any powerlifter, strength enthusiast and athlete who requires more speed, strength and power (so pretty much all of them!).
One thing to watch out for when Deadlifting with chains is to make sure that the chain is directly under the bar or pulled slightly back towards you at the start.
You do not want the chain in front of the bar because it will pull you forwards as you lift (not what you want).
