  • Squirrel!! Excellent moment

  • Ooh, the deuterocanonical books. Now we get a bunch more videos, yay! :D

    Also, nice squirrel. :)

  • @supermaucat Actually, much of the Bible is inspired by actual historical events. Sure Genesis is surely fairy tales, but the background settings and events of the Nevi'im Rishonim (Joshua through Kings) are likely inspired by accounts of oral history (of at least partial truth, that is). The Gospels probably consist of a mix between miracle myths and legends of oral tradition formalized by text several decades after their actual happening. BTW, I'm atheist, and I love these videos.

  • @supermaucat

what he means by 'the loveliest story'

is not what IS IN the book

    but how it is WRITTEN

  • You call this "the loveliest story"? A fictional tale of a woman who cuts a guy's had off?

You people are sick if that's "lovely".

PS: It's not just this story that's fictional, whole of Bible is fictional.

  • BANG!!!!!! I love the way from the [the guy who was in Israel] put it. If it lines up with what is put forth in the Biblical Canon, then it can be good inspirational reading, in the same respect that any modern Christian writing can be inspirational. It is not, however useful for the purposes given in 2 Timothy 3:16.

  • The squirrel got bored pretty quickly, must be an atheist

  • Wonder if this has any ties to the story of "Joan of Arc"
