Time: 8:35PM

Add-ons:

This is the VISUAL approach to runway 10R in Portland. No auto pilot or ILS systems used. The low approach was intentional.

Can I use the excuse of riding warm air over the runway to explain my floating? :P

  • Nice work. However, Compass has never flown into PDX, have they? Maybe a charter or something, who knows.

  • @TheCannonofMohammed nah I don't think they do...haha whatever

  • you should add FSX on your title. these videos are stupid and take no skill from the living room pilot.

  • @N396JA Sorry about that. I would have thought that anyone but the "stupid living room pilot" would have noticed that in the title I mentioned that this video includes a spot view, a view specific to flight simulator 2004 and FSX. Putting your camera up to the window during takeoff takes less skill. By the way, I hold my PPL and instrument rating. Have a nice day!

  • @tomtom5418 - Nice landing, however being an ATP rated pilot, I came here looking to find an in-flight cockpit video of Compass Airlines, it is indeed a bit misleading without the FSX in the title.

  • @DGajre777 I added fs2004 to the title. Sorry about the confusion man!
