Half Life 2 the hardcore way: Ravenholm 1

This level is amazing, i love it =P
If you want speed, you don't need to pick up dog's ball at Black Mesa East, I just wanted to do something while the first two explosive barrels of the level blow up. You don't need to use a grenade for the poison headcrabs near the lever, you can use the gravity gun, but I like to use all the weapons. Finally, I got stuck exiting the building, with the poison headcrabs, but was able to get out unharmed. That's not usual, I think I jumped at the wrong place. The rules: No Quicksave, Hard mode, No glitches, No shortcuts for skipping big fights, No imposible jumps, No gay jumping, No "flying", and some speed

Actually, i don't see why everybody's so afraid of Poison Headcrab Zombies. I just use a Combine Ball. Insta-kill all headcrabs on it is an added bonus.

not quite, you use the gravity gun to use the debri (metal sheets, wooden pallets, etc.) and walk on them

I would use three metal sheets, they are large and easy to move

getting through the antlion area is impossible... u need to get out in the first place to flip the car

I've taken dog's ball all the way through Ravenholm, up until you get into the cart, and then the ball won't go any further. If you drop the ball, all the zombies attack the ball instead of you, and it kills all zombies in 1 hit, except for poison zombies, which is 2 hits. It saves ammo considerably.
