Your little "lychee" fruit looked more like a "rambutan". Did it have a hairy skin or bumpy skin? If it was hairy or fuzzy, then it was a rambutan.

Just got my Vitamix and my 3 yo is put off either by the smoothie colors or flavors. Thanks for the tips on the apple and grape concentrates and adding beet for color! I will definitely try those.
