@KyToonable This was made in 1991 and cartoons for some reason were better in the 1980's than in the 1990's.

the villain in this show was voiced by John Stocker who also did the voice for Mr Beastly from The Care Bears.

HAMMERMAN IS THE GREATEST CARTOON KNOWN TO MAN. I am not shitting you. It was literally my favourite cartoon as kid. Also, don't forget that the cartoon shoes were gospel singers.

Is this available on DVD anywhere? I am genuinely not shitting you.
