Hi Legendary - The City of Cambridge is presently on a mission to find aging parents who are living with their adult sons or daughters, and imposing a $3,000 fee for the privilage, plus raising the taxes of the adult child who takes in their parents. This is a major scam that is going on in Cambridge at this time. The City sent me an email which varifys what I am saying. People in Cambridge with basement apartments better beware of the ruthless mayor and his council.

However, I still don't think it's much of a flood. Once it goes over the roads, then I will say it would be a flood.
And sorry, but Galt, Hespler & Preston haven't existed for around 30 years. People may think that, however, that's the truth.
