Yes, Cress/Cless is brokenly powerful...he gets the ultimate combo starter (Lightning Tiger Blade) at Lv9...that's insane.

Yeah, he even has his own awesome Hi-Ougi, Satsugeki Bukouken/Final Fury. If you search Tales of phantasia satsugeki boukoken you get to see it used on Dhaos:D
