The Malaysian Internal Security Act is a draconian law. Malik Imtiaz Sarwar, President of the National Human Rights Society, explains why it is so and why it needs to be abolished in order for Malaysia to move on to be a true democratic country. This video was recorded recently for the Malaysian Civil Liberties Movement's conference in London.
