  • sorry for delay replying. we spent about £50k on this. I directed the show, and designed and built the set with a small team of volunteers. Great project, lots of hard work but good fun. Ship was a 40ft x 10ft steel framework (wedgeshaped) which we pivotted about centre with the assistance of a 2 ton motor in the roof.

  • looks amazing, trying to persuade my group we can do this on a small budget...think you might persuade them! its 100 years since it sank too! did the show go down well?

  • I have directed the show twice and this is very nice. I am directing it again for the 100th Anniversary and finally in a 1000 seat theatre. Love how you split the ship very impressive.

    My amature group is Performing Titanic in 2012 after we do Oliver nxt year is lookeinf forword to performing in the show now lol. you rilly did do a good obe on the set and the Efects looked good when it broke in 2.

  • this is really good!!!! where did an amature group get the budget to do all this? haha how did you make the ship rise and fall and split in half and stuff?
