So, why worry about what will happen in the future. It's like going to Disneyland, and worrying the day will end. IT WILL... But when you're there experience it to the fullest. While you are living. Be kind and compassionate. Be at peace with all that is around you... when the time here in life is over, you can look back and say: "Well done! I have lived a good life..." Then you'll be ready to move on.

@Redeemer10000- Hello there. I am a Buddhist monk in La Puente, CA, and I wanted to answer your question. First off you need to come to terms with the fact that all beings must die. It is a fact of nature. The Buddha taught that old age, sickness and death happen to ALL of us. To be afraid of the inevitable is irrational... Come to that realization. Secondly, we (me, even as a monk) can NEVER know what will happen when we die...

I liked this talk a lot but I was wondering about how I should deal with fear of death if I do not believe in reincarnation.

Haha, if you don't meditate, you'll burnnnn for eternity.
Thank you Ajahn Brahm for everything you do, you've created such a profound change in my life and I'm sure the lives of those around me.

I was not sure at first. Started very serious, flat affect. Oh my false expectations. Great teaching, wonderful sense of humor, lovely enlightened teaching!
