The soundtrack could very well be David Benoit but it's definitely NOT "Hymn for Aquino." Not even close.
If anyone knows the name of the song/composer, please post. For a good article that explains why that ad was so far ahead of its time, Google the following:

The Sound is bytes from Hymn For Aquino by David Benoit. I love this Spot and I hope Kev Kostner is still an Apple User :-). He was an early adopter of Apple Lisa.
