man his facial expressions are great!

@jam63112 seems a pretty solid argument :D
some people deserve to die despite what everyone thinks
-
@twilightstarlight: Its actually just part of sterile procedure. An inmate could actually sue a healthcare worker for not using proper sterile technique. If they were to survive the injection (highly unlikely but not impossible) and caused the inmate to get an infection they'd be liable. It does seem frivolous but a healthcare worker has to treat all patients alike.

@ponugups Well if it is not lethal then you are using the wrong kind of poison ;)
-
@WulvPawz They cannot use a junk needle. Assume that the lethal dose was not lethal and the culprit dies of infection. Then it is a legal complications - was the accused murdered? Was the court order carried out? It is similar to ruling 'hang unto death'

did death sentences had ever reduced crimes once in all the world history ?
in usa you have 5 times more risk to be victim of a crime than in england (a country with quite similar culture) but in england there is no death sentence
the only known argument is that dead people cannot kill again
-
Yeah, that’s Texas. God I love my state!
-
well dead bodies can still carry disease :P
-
this may sound cruel but why don't they use the needles from the junkies to inject the poison in the prisoner, that way they can use the give the sterile needles to people who actually need them, like hospitals
I've always wondered why they sterilize needles for lethal injections! lol!
