(((READ BEFORE RATING!)))

This is my 6th record release for WarioWare D.I.Y. on the Nintendo DS. The Record MakerMatic interface is limited, so not all song data can be accurate. Please keep this in mind when rating or commenting. This, like all of my records, is free to import. If you would like a copy of this record, please contact me and provide your friend code and we may arrange a transfer through the DS (2880-2005-6398) or Wii (1523 9184 3204 7077).

Inspired by my very old Arranged Prelude MIDI and the transcription of the Final Fantasy IV Prelude onto a WarioWare D.I.Y. Record, this song features original content mixed with the classic Prelude from the Final Fantasy series. The arrangement begins with a shuffled rendition of the conservative composition, followed by the addition of drums, then a stylish piano countermelody.

  • Do you have One Winged Angel?

  • @Melink03 Sorry for the late reply. No; I'm afraid that the only Final Fantasy songs I covered on WWDIY are the Prelude and Clash on the Big Bridge (Gilgamesh's theme).

  • I've been going through all your WarioWare DIY music. This one is really good! At first I wasn't keen on the effects of shuffle on the lead piano, but I think the awesomeness of the resulting drumbeat makes up for it in every way.

  • @sergiocornaga Oh, thanks! Yeah, I didn't want to apply the shuffle beat to the harp-simulating piano, but it was to make the drums and later piano have a distinct flavour. Sometime in the future, I'd like to transcribe this back into MIDI with a professional sound to get past the limitations.

  • Is this the Dawn of Souls version? I love it!

  • @Nightshade3D Nope! I used the version from Final Fantasy IV as a base and added percussion and a piano line toward the end. I'm glad you like it! I'll have a lot more remixes around in the future of much better quality.

  • @DoctorDrinkX10 Yeah, that's when the remix begins to shine. Thanks!

  • I'd hit it, I espically like it from o:40 and upward
